A constitution is a governing document that outlines what your group is, who can be members and what benefits those members have.
The deadline for submission of your constitution is 01 October each academic year.
The Guild Executive have agreed this template for all societies.
For most of you, you will just need to input the name of your society and it's leaders. If you wish to make additional changes, please book an appointment with Cassie, the Representation & Advocacy Coordiantor. You can book an appointment using the timetable found on this page.
