Mind provides information bereavement and grief, where to find support and information on how to help yourself. Their pages also include contacts for charities and support services for particular circumstances included bereavement by suicide.
The leading national charity for bereaved people, Cruse Bereavement Care provide support to children, young people and adults when someone dies.

Let's Talk About Loss run peer-led meet up groups for young people aged 18-35 affected by grief, loss and bereavement. They provide a safe space to talk about the realities of losing someone close to you when you are young. You can find out more about their Birmingham Meet-Ups and get in contact beforehand here.
