AGM stands for Annual General Meeting, where students at UCB can vote on key issues. We hold AGMs for two main purposes:
- Every Club or Society must have an AGM for members to elect the group's leaders for the following academic year
- The Guild itself must have an AGM in which any students can review important things like our finances, and discuss/debate how we should respond to big issues at UCB.
Every AGM should happen each year, or sometimes a group may schedule an EGM (short for Extraordinary General Meeting) if, for instance, a society leader resigns.
When AGMs or EGMs are scheduled, we'll put the details on this page.
