Hello there, I'm Muriel!

I am the Guild’s Head of Student Communities in the day and an avid writer and home cook at night. In my role at the Guild, I get to work with our lovely staff team and our Officers on all sorts of fun projects and events for our UCB student communities.

Before coming to Birmingham, I studied at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, and later coordinated events there as a project manager. I have also worked as a journalist and as an editor and content creator for a creative agency in Germany.
